Every property I look after has its own story — whether it’s a carefully styled Airbnb or a private family retreat, my role is to ensure it is beautifully presented, well cared for, and delivers a seamless experience for guests and owners alike.

In addition to short‑stay properties, I discreetly manage private homes for families who need peace of mind while they’re away. From regular checks to preparing a home for a family visit, my role is to ensure the property feels cared for and ready at all times.

Vita Bella began as a beautifully designed private home. Working closely with the owner, I refined the styling and presentation to support its transition into the short-stay market, with every detail carefully considered to enhance flow, cohesion and the overall guest experience. I also assisted with photography coordination, guest information preparation and launch support.

The Stables at Long Paddock

I designed, styled, and built this property from the ground up, creating a carefully curated Airbnb experience beside my family home, Highlands Farmhouse. The property quickly achieved Superhost status and has proudly maintained it ever since, enjoying consistently strong occupancy throughout its six years of operation.
